How We Got Here
Built around showing up, and doing it right.
Alameda Green Crew got its start mowing a handful of yards around Hayward. The thing that kept those first customers around wasn't a slick pitch — it was that we showed up when we said we would, charged what we quoted, and left the yard looking better than we found it.
That's still the whole approach today, just at a bigger scale. As we added crews, we expanded city by city across Alameda County rather than spreading thin — Hayward, San Leandro, Oakland, Berkeley, Fremont, Livermore, and everywhere in between, each with routes run by people who actually know the neighborhood.
